As part of the Honoring Heroes Foundation “Slow Down-Move Over” education initiative Board Members displayed the foundation’s patrol vehicle at the 2022 Salt Lake Autorama show at the Mountain America Exposition Center in Sandy, UT.
The vehicle is an actual patrol car that was struck on the shoulder of the highway. Luckily the trooper was not seriously injured and was able to return to work a few weeks after the collision.
This static display is an effort to join with the Utah Highway Patrol to raise awareness of the dangers our troopers are in each day as they perform their duties. You can learn more on our Education Initiatives page.
